You will receive an email with a setup wizard link. The wizard walks you through uploading your menu, configuring revenue centers, printers, and staff accounts. Takes about 20 minutes.
Can I upgrade between bundles later?
Yes. Contact us and we will move you between Friends, Full Squad, or Reunion instantly. Your existing configuration stays untouched — we just unlock the additional modules and seats.
What does the Phone Support add-on actually cover?
€30/month gets you a real human on the phone, 08:00 to midnight Athens time (16 hours a day). No chatbots, no overseas queues. Annual billing drops it to €330/year (1 month free, ≈ €27.50/mo effective).
When does the outside-Athens setup fee apply?
Only if your venue is outside the Athens metro area and you want a 10-hour onsite visit. It is additive to the €200 base — €600 total. Two-day travel expenses are on the client. Most venues never need this.
Do I need a Viva Wallet account?
For fiscal receipts and card payments in Greece, yes. We will help you set one up during onboarding. Unlimited fiscal receipts are included in all three bundles.
Is there a contract?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Prepaid plans (6 or 12 months) are non-refundable but offer the best value — the 12-month plan gives you 1 month free.
